  7.     For the sake of a little p.r., the National Education
  8. Association recently sent baseball-style trading cards to members
  9. of Congress -- pix of the pols with stats on the back. The
  10. limited-edition sets have amused some Hill folks, particularly
  11. cards for such ex-players . . . errr, Congressmen as Jim Wright.
  12. But Republican Jim Bunning of Kentucky balks at the idea. The
  13. former big-league pitcher gripes that the cards were done without
  14. permission. Says he: "They won't be trading them in my office." So
  15. go hit the showers.
